Dr. Lauren Mullen is a board certified, residency trained optometric physician. She graduated magna cum laude from the Catholic University of America with a Bachelors of Science in Biology and went on to receive her Doctorate of Optometry from the State University of New York College of Optometry. She completed her residency training in ocular disease diagnosis and treatment at Omni Eye Services through The Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Mullen diagnoses and manages ocular diseases including dry eye, blepharitis, cataracts, macular degeneration, glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy. She co-manages pre- and postoperative care of cataract and refractive surgical patients. Dr. Mullen is a member of the American Optometric Association and New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians and is Board Certified by the American Board of Optometrists. She has a passion for providing clear sight and thorough ocular health exams for her patients. Dr. Mullen wants each patient to leave their exam understanding how to keep their eyes healthy, and prides herself in treating her patients like family.
When she’s not in the office, you can find her with her husband, daughter, son and dog spending time outside, watching movies, reading or cooking and baking.
